Standard repair calls carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty. This covers the diagnostic work and the part we installed, not the rest of the equipment pad.

If the repaired component fails inside 90 days, we return inside one to two business days under our emergency service policy and the 24-hour callback commitment.

We register every Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and NPT install with the manufacturer at the time of install. You don't file paperwork. We keep the registration on file and send you a copy by email.
The NPT lifetime warranty on resurfacing transfers once to a new owner. The 5-year build warranty stays with the original install address. Equipment manufacturer warranties usually transfer; we update the records before close of escrow if you call us.
Yes. Plaster etching, salt cell scaling, and heater corrosion tied to imbalanced water are owner responsibility, not factory defect. Customers on our weekly maintenance route stay inside chemistry spec automatically. Self-maintained pools should follow our recommended ranges.
We source a replacement that meets or exceeds the original spec. The 90-day workmanship warranty applies to the replacement install. Manufacturer pass-through warranties shift to the new part's terms.
Manufacturer warranties on equipment, yes, regardless of who installed it, as long as documentation is intact. Workmanship warranties from another company need to be addressed with that original installer.
