Contact FAQ

Quick answers

How fast do you return messages?
Within 24 hours, almost always same-day for messages left before 3pm Monday through Saturday. That's our standing callback guarantee.
Can I text the phone number?
Yes, (562) 439-2693 accepts texts. For anything complicated, a phone call is faster, but quick questions and photos of equipment issues are fine by text.
Do you have a showroom?
No. Adams Pool & Spa is service-only, which keeps overhead low and pricing honest. We bring the tools, parts, equipment samples, and tile boards to you. For construction and resurfacing, we'll sit down at your kitchen table with finish samples.
Do you cover my city?
If you're in Long Beach, Seal Beach, Signal Hill, Naples Island, Belmont Shore, Belmont Heights, Bixby Knolls, Lakewood, Los Alamitos, Cypress, Downey, Paramount, Rossmoor, Bellflower, or any of the neighborhoods on our locations hub, yes. If you're on the edge, call and ask.
Who actually answers?
A real person on the Adams Pool & Spa team, not a call center. During peak hours you may get voicemail if we're all on other calls or under pool equipment, but every message gets a callback.
