- Preliminary estimate. For standard cleaning, heater, and pump jobs we can give you a ballpark on the phone.
- On-site visit if needed. Free for most jobs. Complex leaks, construction, and resurfacing get a walk before pricing.

Scheduling FAQ
Quick answers before you book
How fast can you come out?
Routine cleaning and maintenance usually schedules within 2 to 4 business days. Repairs that stop your equipment from running get prioritized same or next day when possible. True emergencies get same-day dispatch during business hours.
Do you charge for estimates?
No, estimates are free for standard cleaning, pump repairs, heater diagnostics, and most residential work. Complex leak detection, construction, and resurfacing projects get an on-site walkthrough that's also free before we write the quote.
Do I need to be home during the service?
For weekly cleaning and filter service, no — we just need gate access. For repairs and diagnostics we prefer you're home for the first visit so we can walk through the issue, but we can work around your schedule.
What if I have an emergency after business hours?
Call (562) 439-2693 and leave a detailed voicemail. We check after-hours messages and route true emergencies first thing the next business day. For immediate hazards (gas smell, electrical), call 911 or your utility first, then us.
Is there a minimum service charge?
For diagnostic and repair visits, yes. We'll tell you the trip fee on the phone before you book so there are no surprises. Weekly and biweekly route customers don't pay trip fees.
